Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of
Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized
pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've
had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab
- YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size
of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper
instead of sea weed.
New to Uni! Slanging Corea serves the City of Los Angeles delivering authentic,
Korean inspired entrees that are full of fresh, delicious, vibrant
flavors satisfying every appetite! Tacos, burritos, burgers, and dumplings.
From the Tarzana restaurant. Fine sandwiches made with
filet mignon, chicken, or turkey. Edamame cashew cole slaw, pasta salad, and
homemade chips. I've tried the Bentley and the Wolfgang and they were both EXCELLENT.

MTV will be filming an episode of their new reality show competition "House of Food" today at South Weddington Park. They have reserved the street for 11 trucks. They should all fit if no cars are allowed to park there. It will be business as usual for the trucks, but please be aware that with cameras around, customers may make it into some shots. Bring your friends for a truck-tacular!
Back for the first time in AGES! Filipino fusion cuisine. Traditional
Filipino food put into tacos, burritos, and bowls. Really tasty
stuff. They also have white chocolate champorado and red velvet flan.
One of the most popular trucks out there, serving
all kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches. Brie, American, cheddar, goat,
Gruyere, blue, and more! Also available with turkey, pork, onions,
avocado, chicken, mac & cheese, bacon, and a bunch of other
additions.
They specialize in
Korean inspired wings (6 flavors to choose from bone-in or boneless)
along with sliders (crispy pork belly sliders are a top seller).
