Amazing 7 oz. burgers with all kinds of unique toppings like fennel sausage gravy, cranberry gastrique, munchos, cream cheese, beer-soaked onions, peanut butter and jelly, pickles, BBQ sauce, pineapple and the traditional lettuce and tomato. They've even got one where the bun is 2 grilled cheese sandwiches!
Southern specialties and unique burgers and tacos. Daily specials like deep-fried catfish, beef brisket, beef and chicken hot links, pork spare ribes, red snapper, chicken strips and wings, corn bread, okra, black eyed peas, baked beans, potato salad, greens, yams and fries.
Organic, local, sustainable ingredients. Meat and veggie options. Beef or veggie burgers, chick'n sliders and tacos. Veggie wraps. The truck is even powered with vegetable oil!
Toasted classic gourmet sandwiches infused with Asian and Spanish flavors. Yes, they have a 4-cheese Grilled Cheese sandwich and a TOASTED PB&J. And their french fries are some of the best out there.

Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

One of my favorite trucks. LOVE the Komodo 2.0 tacos and the garlic fries. Tacos and burritos available with steak, chicken, shrimp or soy. Watch out - the burritos are HUGE!
