Trucks for Tuesday 5/3/11

Knockout Tacos and Kogi BBQ.

I highly recommend the Taco Dorado con Carne.  Shredded beef in a crispy shell, cheese, lettuce tomato and sauce with a little kick to it.
  Love the short rib sliders and the blackjack quesadilla.
