Teriyaki chicken & beef, kalua pork, ahi tuna poke, spam musubi, chicken katsu, garlic shrimp and loco moco. Good stuff!
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab on Wednesday - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
