Filipino food. Adobo, sisig, kare kare, BBQ on a stick, empanadas, lumpia, and rice cake. I have not had a chance to try this truck yet, but I hear it's very good.
Bacon, Bacon, Bacon! French toast filled with bacon, bacon bourbon maple syrup, chicken wings in bacon hot sauce, BLT with blue cheese, and brownies with bacon nutella spread. You've GOT to try the "baco", bacon woven into a taco-shaped shell and filled with potatoes and cheese.
Amazing 7 oz. burgers with all kinds of unique toppings like fennel sausage gravy, cranberry gastrique, munchos, cream cheese, beer-soaked onions, peanut butter and jelly, pickles, BBQ sauce, pineapple and the traditional lettuce and tomato.

It's going to be another hot one today folks. Please remember to bring your pets inside and DON'T leave them in your car; even for just a few minutes. On a 90 degree day, the
temperature inside a parked car can rise 20 degrees in 10 minutes. Don't risk it!
Mine are currently lounging on the couch with the A/C. Such a hard life....
