A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab on Wednesday - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
One of my favorite trucks. Really awesome tacos. My favorite is the taco dorado con carne - SO good! They've got chicken, shrimp, pork belly, tuna, and potato tacos.
All American Softy 1:00 - 2:15 Menu Soft serve ice cream in cups, cones, malts, shakes or floats. Coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and slushees.
