Sandwiches and salads made fresh daily on the truck.  Thai chicken, marinated tri-tip, grilled pork, fried chicken breast, vegan salsa basques on red cabbage salad, crab cake sliders, and Black Angus sliders.  Caesar salad and herbed fries.  Daily dessert specials.  This truck hasn't been to Uni in a few months.  Really good food; give them a try!
