A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
One of my favorite trucks. Really awesome tacos. My personal fave is the taco dorado con carne - SO good! They've got chicken, shrimp, pork belly, tuna, and potato tacos.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
First time at Uni in MONTHS! Jersey-style fried hot dogs. Chicken apple sausage, veggie dogs, and sliders too. A variety of curly fries available, such as chili-cheese fries, bacon and cheese, buffalo sauce with blue cheese, and nacho fries.
Caramelized pecans and Bavarian almonds. Pecans also available covered in milk, dark or white chocolate. Mmmmm......chocolate.... Perfect for last-minute holiday gifts.
