The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Meatballs from all around the world.  Kobe beef wrapped in bacon, Italian, Korean, Vietnamese, Indian, and Middle Eastern-inspired meatballs. The incredi-BALLS are amazing!
