A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
Thai street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork, basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and fried rice. If you like spicy, go for the basil beef - WOW!
Serving the Canadian dish Poutine - fries, cheese and gravy. Available with a variety of cheeses, gravy, mushrooms, onions, sausage, egg, chicken, steak, sour cream, chives, and grilled peppers. Also serving sliders, deep-fried cheese curds and truffle fries.
