1/2 pound Angus beef burgers served on Hawaiian rolls.  Available with a variety of toppings.  Veggie and turkey burgers too.  Curly and sweet potato fries. 




 The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
