A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
New to Uni! Specialty sandwiches made with turkey or pork. Some with cranberry sauce and stuffing, pork and grilled cheese, and they have their own version of a Monte Cristo.
Lean
protein, slow-digesting carbs and veggies. Plate lunches
with 4, 6 or 8 oz. of meat, 1 scoop of carbs (white or brown rice, or
mashed sweet potato and broccoli). Daily specials as well.
New to Uni! Shaved ice with a twist. They are the only truck in So Cal offering this product. Fusing Asian and non-Asian elements together for a tasty treat.
