Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Yes, Pugs do breathe heavily, but this one is excessively loud. He sounds like he needs soft palate surgery,
which would make him breathe easier.
