The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

We serve delicious burgers, dogs and chicken sandwiches in 4 different styles. Along with that, we make fresh house chips, slaw and freshly made doughnut holes sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Our chef is always creating new daily specials, so we can be flexible with our menu offerings for your event. Ask us for our latest menu. Prices for the sides are $2 and sandwiches range from $5-$9. The concept for our menu is simple and familiar food, freshly made from local ingredients.
