Trucks for Thursday 5/16

If they can all find parking, the following trucks are expected to be here:

The Carving Board
11:30 - 2:00

New to Uni!  From the Tarzana restaurant.  Fine sandwiches made with filet mignon, chicken, or turkey.  Edamame cole slaw, pasta salad, and homemade chips.

 Crepe de Ville
11:00 - 2:00
Menu
A variety of savory and sweet crepes made by masters of French culture and cuisine.  Chicken Béchamel, ham and cheese, spinach, mushroom and cheese, tomato with basil, garlic and olive oil, and an assortment of dessert crepes.

Streets of Thailand
12:00 - 2:00
Menu

Thai street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork, basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and fried rice.  If you like spicy, go for the basil beef - WOW!

Prime Time Cuisine on Wheels

 Website under construction

Mexican and American grilled food.  Tacos, burritos, sandwiches, fries, quesadillas, etc.

Muscle Monster Meals
11:30 - 2:00
Menu

Lean protein, slow-digesting carbs and veggies.  Plate lunches with 4, 6 or 8 oz. of meat, 1 scoop of carbs (white or brown rice, or mashed sweet potato and broccoli).  Daily specials as well.

Rushed Art Food Truck
11:30 - 2:00
Menu
Sandwiches, wraps, skewers, fish & chips, empenadas, and coconut shrimp.

Son of a Bun
11:30 - 2:00
  Facebook page
We serve delicious egg sandwiches, burgers, dogs and chicken sandwiches in 4 different styles. Along with that, we make fresh house chips, slaw and freshly made doughnut holes sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Our chef is always creating new daily specials, so we can be flexible with our menu offerings for your event. Ask us for our latest menu. Prices for the sides are $2 and sandwiches range from $5-$9. The concept for our menu is simple and familiar food, freshly made from local ingredients.

The Pokey Truck
11:30 - 1:30
Menu

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Slider City
11:30 - 2:00
Menu

16 different sliders in beef, pork or chicken, onion rings, chicken tenders, chili-cheese fries, and boba teas.
