A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
New to Uni! Global cuisine. Thai chili chicken tempura, Cajun jambalaya, Vietnamese pork noodles, chili tofu with jasmine rice, chicken tikka masala, coconut curry with egg noodles, and a Mexican burrito bowl.
Thai
street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork,
basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and
fried rice. If you like spicy, go for the basil beef -
WOW!
Comfort-food favorites. Meatloaf, chicken
strips, grilled steak or chicken, fried bologna, grilled cheese, BLTs,
cheese steak, and grilled ham. Sides include fries, hush puppies, mac & cheese, onion strings, and bacon-wrapped asparagus.

Menu Mexican
BBQ. Tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, taquitos, nachos,
and flautas, made with your choice of BBQ beef brisket, chicken breast,
or pulled pork. Deep fried jalapeños and avocados too! They're opening
a restaurant in a few weeks, so this may be one of your last chances to try
them over on Bluffside.

Mexican and American grilled food. Tacos, burritos, sandwiches, fries, quesadillas, etc.
We serve delicious egg sandwiches, burgers, dogs and chicken sandwiches in 4 different
styles. Along with that, we make fresh house chips, slaw and freshly
made doughnut holes sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Our chef is
always creating new daily specials, so we can be flexible with our menu
offerings for your event. Ask us for our latest menu. Prices for the
sides are $2 and sandwiches range from $5-$9. The concept for our menu
is simple and familiar food, freshly made from local ingredients.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of
Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized
pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've
had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab
- YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size
of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper
instead of sea weed.

The slaw wasn't a finely shopped sort, it was piecey with large hunks of cabbage. Food Truck Catering
