A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
New to Uni! St. Louis-style BBQ. Ribs, chicken, hot links, tri-tip, chicken kabobs, hamburgers, turkey, and veggie burgers. Potato salad, corn on the cob, greens, baked beans, mac & cheese, baked potatoes, home fries, red beans & rice, yams, brownies, and strawberry shortcake.
Toasted classic gourmet sandwiches infused with Asian and
Spanish flavors. Yes, they have a 4-cheese
Grilled Cheese sandwich and a toasted PB&J. My personal fave is the curry chicken BLT.
From the Tarzana restaurant. Fine sandwiches made with
filet mignon, chicken, or turkey. Edamame cashew cole slaw, pasta salad, and
homemade chips. I've tried the Bentley and the Wolfgang and they were both EXCELLENT.

Mexican and American grilled food. Tacos, burritos, sandwiches, fries, quesadillas, etc.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of
Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized
pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've
had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab
- YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size
of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper
instead of sea weed.
Teriyaki chicken & beef, kalua pork with or w/o cabbage, ahi tuna
poke, spam musubi, chicken katsu, garlic
shrimp and loco moco. Good stuff!
