A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
They specialize in
Korean inspired wings (6 flavors to choose from bone-in or boneless)
along with sliders (crispy pork belly sliders are a top seller).
Sides such as 2 types of fries, bacon fried rice, steamed rice, and a miso citrus slaw that's very refreshing.
Toasted classic gourmet sandwiches infused with Asian and
Spanish flavors. Yes, they have a 4-cheese
Grilled Cheese sandwich and a toasted PB&J. My personal fave is the curry chicken BLT.
One of the most popular trucks out there, serving
all kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches. Brie, American, cheddar, goat,
Gruyere, blue, and more! Also available with turkey, pork, onions,
avocado, chicken, mac & cheese, bacon, and a bunch of other
additions.
Great
Asian cuisines mixed around to find that unique taste that drives the
palate wild. All rice balls comes with fill ins such as spicy
tuna, spicy pork, spam and eggs, Kimchi and many more.
