Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of
Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized
pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've
had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab
- YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size
of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper

sandwiches made with falafel balls or chicken. Falafels balls are a wonderful mesh of grounded
garbanzo beans, various veggies, and spices. Fried to create a
delicious crunchy outer shell, then placed in a made-fresh- daily bread pocket with your combination choice of vegetables, pickled veggies, and dressings.
