A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
First time back at Uni in over a year! Vietnamese cuisine. Wings, meatballs, egg rolls, spring
rolls, chicken, filet mignon, pork or egg sandwiches, garlic noodles
with shrimp or beef, and Asian desserts.
New to Uni! Crab nachos, oyster po' boys, scallop caprese, lobster mac 'n' cheese, tempura shrimp tacos, and salmon burgettes. Sides include onion rings, grilled vegetables, and fries.
Thai
street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork,
basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and
fried rice. If you like spicy, go for the basil beef -
WOW!

Authentic Texas BBQ. Brisket, sausage, chili, Frito pie, chili burritos, and daily specials.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of
Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized
pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've
had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab
- YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size
of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper
instead of sea weed.
A variety of gourmet burgers, available with beef, chicken, or pork.
