The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

We offer only the best and very original Peruvian style cooked food such as Rotisserie Chicken, Lomo Saltado (filet Mignon sautéed with French fries, onions and tomatoes, served over a bed of rice pilaf) - this is to die for...), we also offer Cau Cau (made with cow's stomach, Potatoes and rice). It is very good.  We also have sandwiches, and beverages.

New to Uni!  Chocolate and Vanilla soft serve ice cream.  They were supposed to be here on tax day, but they had truck problems.  Then I had them down for 4/16, but that was my error.  Barring any truck problems, and if there is parking, they WILL be here today.
