Sides are potato salad, coleslaw, tortellini salad or potato chips.  Named L.A. Weekly's "Best New Food Truck for 2013."

Noodle Nation Food Truck was started by a noodle lover, with the sole intention to bring the delectable strands to the masses.  We start with your choice of scrumptious noodles or pastas, cooked to the perfect tenderness, and layer on dishes made from food cultures all around the world. I tried the spicy pork satay yesterday and it was very good.

We offer only the best and very original Peruvian style cooked food such as Rotisserie Chicken, Lomo Saltado (filet Mignon sautéed with French fries, onions and tomatoes, served over a bed of rice pilaf) - this is to die for...), we also offer Cau Cau (made with cow's stomach, Potatoes and rice). It is very good.  We also have sandwiches, and beverages.
