A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
Game fare with gourmet flair. Classic comfort foods. Pulled pork sandwich, Sloppy Joe, baby back pork ribs, grilled cheese with caramelized onions, grilled ham and cheese, boneless chicken nuggets with garlic/cayenne fries.
Thai
street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork,
basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and
fried rice. If you like spicy, go for the basil beef -
WOW!
Comfort
food with a conscience. A variety of salads, mac & cheese,
baby back ribs, kabobs, wings, burgers made with regular or Kobe
beef, chicken, or veggie. Waffle fries and Wachos - Nachos made with
waffle fries.
We offer only the best and very original
Peruvian style cooked food such as Rotisserie Chicken, Lomo Saltado (filet
Mignon sautéed with French fries, onions and tomatoes, served over a bed of
rice pilaf) - this is to die for...), we also offer Cau Cau (made with cow's
stomach, Potatoes and rice). It is very good. We also have sandwiches, and beverages.
Seasonal,
local, and kosher ingredients wrapped in a fine eggroll skin and
lightly fried. Turkey, pastrami, veggie, brisket, or tuna. Also
serving turkey, pastrami, pulled chicken, and tuna sandwiches, and a
variety of salads.

Truck was started by a noodle lover, with the sole intention to bring
the delectable strands to the masses. We start with your choice of
scrumptious noodles or pastas, cooked to the perfect tenderness, and
layer on dishes made from food cultures all around the world.
