Healthy vegetarian and organic food truck.  Veggie soups, salads, quesadillas, burgers, burritos, flautas, and pitas.  Also serving turkey, salmon, and shrimp options.

The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Peruvian Chicken Truck

We offer only the best and very original Peruvian style cooked food such as Rotisserie Chicken, Lomo Saltado (filet Mignon sautéed with French fries, onions and tomatoes, served over a bed of rice pilaf) - this is to die for...), we also offer Cau Cau (made with cow's stomach, Potatoes and rice). It is very good.  We also have sandwiches, and beverages.

There could always be surprise trucks.  Yesterday, 3 trucks that I didn't know about showed up, so there were 13 trucks there!  I don't know why trucks don't tell me when they're coming.
