Gourmet burger truck from Chef Aaron J. Perez, winner of
Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen". Grass-fed proteins, organic
produce, and house-made sauces. They even make their own ketchup!
Thai
street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork,
basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and
fried rice. If you like spicy, go for the basil beef -
WOW!
American Bistro Cuisine. Grass fed burgers with apple jicama cole slaw and blue
cheese, grass-fed beef sliders, pulled pork sandwich with cilantro cole slaw,
sliders same way. Chicken pesto sandwich with tomato and provolone cheese, and grilled
cheese on tomato basil bread with harvati cheese, cheddar and blue cheese. Garlic fries, fried spinach and fries for sides.
