A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
Thai
street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork,
basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and
fried rice. If you like spicy, go for the basil beef -
WOW!
Sandwiches
done Pittsburgh style. Piled high with meat, cheese,
tomatoes, Italian slaw and fries. Beer-battered fish filets,
pierogies, fried zucchini and salad.
American Bistro Cuisine. Grass fed burgers with apple jicama cole slaw and blue
cheese, grass-fed beef sliders, pulled pork sandwich with cilantro cole slaw,
sliders same way. Chicken pesto sandwich with tomato and provolone cheese, and grilled
cheese on tomato basil bread with harvati cheese, cheddar and blue cheese. Garlic fries, fried spinach and fries for sides.
Wings offered with a variety of sauces. Hot, hotter or hottest, regular or honey BBQ, chipotle, regular or spicy teriyaki, and garlic & butter.

NOTE: Though the theme park is open on Monday 1/19/16, the studio is closed. If any trucks do show up (which I doubt), I won't be here to tell you about it.
