Mexican fusion.  Tacos of popcorn shrimp, chicharrons, or beef guisado,  tortas of chilaquiles or milanesa, eggplant miso wrap, sweet potato nachos, beef guisado burritos, kobe beef or tilapia sliders, chicken tinga tostadas, and pie de queso.
