Grass-fed mini burgers. Hormone and steroid free. Lower in saturated fats and higher in beta carotene, vitamin E, Omega 3s, calcium, magnesium and potassium than regular corn-fed beef. Better for you AND the planet. Plus, they taste great! Try the rosemary & garlic fries too!
Meatballs from all around the world. Kobe beef wrapped in bacon, Italian, Korean, Vietnamese, Indian, and Middle Eastern-inspired meatballs. One of my favorite trucks.
One of my favorite trucks. Really awesome tacos. My personal fave is the taco dorado con carne - SO good! They've got chicken, shrimp, pork belly, tuna, and potato tacos.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
Homemade/Handmade hot dogs using 100% beef brisket. REALLY good hot dogs. Available with a variety of toppings like cheese, chili, grilled onions, pickles, bacon, potato chips, brie, etc.
Japanese cuisine. Okonomiyaki, Teppan Yaki, and Katsu. A wide variety of protein choices; salmon, chicken, beef, pork, tofu, shrimp, scallop, lobster and squid.
Thai street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork, basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and fried rice. If you like spicy, go for the basil beef - WOW!
Made to order deli sandwiches, heroes, hoagies, torpedoes, subs and grinders. Turkey, roast beef, Italian, veggie, meatball, chicken parmigiana, roasted pork or fried prosciutto. Sides are Potato salad, coleslaw, tortellini salad or potato chips.
Amazing 7 oz. burgers with all kinds of unique toppings like fennel sausage gravy, cranberry gastrique, munchos, cream cheese, beer-soaked onions, peanut butter and jelly, pickles, BBQ sauce, pineapple and the traditional lettuce and tomato.

Tacos, burritos, quesadillas and tortas available with 11 different meats. They also have vegetarian options and homemade horchata. I tried a carne quesadilla and it was REALLY good; one of the best quesadillas I've ever had. CASH ONLY.

Thai chicken, marinated tri-tip, grilled pork, fried chicken breast, vegan salsa basques on red cabbage salad, crab cake sliders, and Black Angus sliders. Caesar salad and herbed fries. Daily dessert specials. This truck hasn't been to Uni in a few months. Really good food; give them a try!

Burgers with a variety of toppings; blueberry sauce, fresh-cut figs, caramelized onions, Japanese mayo, mayo aoili or wild mushrooms. Brie, gorgonzola, cheddar, American and goat cheeses, on flat, ciabatta or burger buns. They also have hot dogs and grilled sausage over flavored fries.
Soul food with Cajun influences. Jambalaya, wings, Po Boys and Mac 'n' Cheese. Try the Snoop Dog Cristo - 2 waffles dipped in buttermilk, stuffed with chicken and mac & cheese, then deep fried. Served with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Holy cow!

A burger you can't refuse. Available in a variety of combinations such as bacon, guacamole, blue cheese, Italian sausage, pesto sauce, caramelized balsamic onion reduction, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, chipotle sauce, and roasted red peppers. They also have chicken, pork or veggie sandwiches. And yes, they have a burger using a grilled donut for the bun.
