Latin/Mediterranean fusion.  Beef or chicken tikkeh meat in tacos, burritos and quesadillas.  Tofu versions also available.

Filipino food.  Adobo, sisig, kare kare, BBQ on a stick, empanadas, lumpia, and rice cake.  I have not had a chance to try this truck yet.






L.A Shave Ice

Hawaiian style shave ice.  Made with fluffy snow, not snow cone ice.  Huge variety of flavors.  Gluten, lactose and fat free.  Vegan and low calorie.  Perfect treat for a hot day like today.
