Caramelized pecans and Bavarian almonds.  Pecans are also available covered in milk, dark, or white chocolate.

One of my favorite trucks.  LOVE the Komodo 2.0 tacos and the garlic fries.   Watch out - the burritos are HUGE!

The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I have not had a chance to try this truck yet, but I hear they're very good.
