Food Trucks at Universal Studios
A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
Fish or shrimp tacos, seafood or shrimp cocktails, ceviche, tostadas, stuffed clams, empanadas and garlic shrimp. I've tried both the shrimp and fish tacos and they were VERY good.
Hot dogs available in all beef, veggie, turkey, Polish and spicy Polish. Toppings include mustard, ketchup, relish, onions, chili, cheese, jalapeños, bacon, grilled onions or peppers, red cabbage, sauerkraut, and cole slaw.
Grilled Cheese sandwiches available with caramelized onions, various meats, eggplant or tuna. Other choices are dirty spaghetti tacos, cioppino and chili.
