Argentinean cuisine.  Skirt steak, Argentinean sausage, chimichurri, filet mignon sandwiches. I tried the special which was a steak sandwich, cheese, and grilled onions, and it was REALLY good.

Japanese cuisine.  Okonomiyaki, Teppan Yaki, and Katsu.  This truck looks VERY interesting.  The majority of the Yelp reviews are 5 star, so I'm definitely going to check it out.
