Trucks for Tuesday 10/18/11
SEVEN trucks today! One new to Uni and one here for only the second time.
One of my favorite trucks. Really awesome tacos. My favorite is the taco dorado con carne - SO good! They've got chicken, shrimp, pork belly, tuna, and potato tacos.
A variety of savory and sweet crepes made by masters of French culture and cuisine. Chicken Béchamel, ham and cheese, spinach, mushroom and cheese, tomato with basil, garlic and olive oil, and an assortment of dessert crepes.

Filipino food. Adobo, sisig, kare kare, BBQ on a stick, empanadas, lumpia, and rice cake. I have not had a chance to try this truck yet, but I hear it's very good.
Sandwiches done Pittsburgh style. Piled high with meat, cheese, tomatoes, Italian slaw and fries. Beer-battered fish filets, pierogies, fried zucchini and salad.
New to Uni! Korean/Mexican fusion. Short rib, chicken, spicy pork or grilled shrimp in tacos, burritos and quesadillas. They also offer a short rib and sticky-rice bowl - a full 20 oz!
