A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Teriyaki chicken & beef, kalua pork with or w/o cabbage, ahi tuna poke, spam musubi, chicken katsu, garlic shrimp and loco moco. Good stuff!
Soft serve ice cream in cups, cones, malts, shakes or floats. Coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and slushees.
