A burger you can't refuse.  Available in a variety of combinations such as  bacon, guacamole, blue cheese, Italian sausage, pesto sauce, caramelized balsamic onion reduction, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, chipotle sauce, and roasted red peppers.  They also have chicken, pork or veggie sandwiches.  And yes, they have a burger using a grilled donut for the bun.


The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Korean rice bowls available with chicken, beef, pork or tofu.  A variety of traditional Korean dishes as well.





Germany's Famous Bratwurst

All kinds of German specialties.  Schnitzel, gulasch, kassler, currywurst, leberkase, turkey bratwurst, chili cheese bratwurst and Bavarian meatballs.



Auntie's Fry Bread

Native American fusion.  Tacos and desserts made with fry bread.  They were last here in early August.  Really tasty stuff. 





Kogi BBQ

Korean BBQ in tacos, quesadillas, burritos and sliders. The truck that started it all.
