Trucks for Wednesday 11/16

Patty Wagon Burgers
12:00 - 2:00
Menu

Grass-fed mini burgers.  Hormone and steroid free.  Lower in saturated fats and higher in beta carotene, vitamin E, Omega 3s, calcium, magnesium and potassium than regular corn-fed beef.  Better for you AND the planet. Plus, they taste great!  Try the rosemary & garlic fries too!

Get Toasted
12:00 - 2:00
Menu

Toasted classic gourmet sandwiches infused with Asian and Spanish flavors.  Yes, they have a TOASTED PB&J.

The Pokey Truck
12:00 - 2:00
Menu
Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Crepe de Ville
11:00 - 2:00
Menu
A variety of savory and sweet crepes made by masters of French culture and cuisine.  Chicken Béchamel, ham and cheese, spinach, mushroom and cheese, tomato with basil, garlic and olive oil, and an assortment of dessert crepes.

The Bun Truck
11:00 - 3:00
Menu
Steamed buns and "sammiches."  Beef, pork, chicken or veggie.  French fries and onion rings deep fried in duck fat.

Asian Cravings
12:00 - 2:00
Facebook page

Asian fusion:  Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese.   Edamame, pork & shrimp potstickers, Thai chili salt & pepper chicken wings, lamb, ahi tuna or pulled pork sliders, tacos, jasmine rice bowl or Japanese chicken curry.
