Trucks for Tuesday 1/31

Note about yesterday:  Lomo Arigato had something come up, and Ranchero Chido's truck was out of commission.  Ranchero Chido will be back this Friday and Lomo Arigato will let me know when they plan to return.  Apologies to those who showed up looking for them, but if I don't receive advance notice, there's nothing I can do.  Stuff happens.

The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
