Teriyaki chicken & beef, kalua pork with or w/o cabbage, ahi tuna poke, spam musubi, chicken katsu, garlic shrimp and loco moco. Good stuff!

Indian street fare. Kathi wraps, chapli burgers, lamb seekh dogs, biryani rice, samosas, chicken tikka masala, hot tea and mango lassi.
Sandwiches and salads made fresh daily on the truck. Thai chicken, marinated tri-tip, grilled pork, fried chicken breast, vegan salsa basques on red cabbage salad, crab cake sliders, and Black Angus sliders. Caesar salad and herbed fries. Daily dessert specials.
Made to order deli sandwiches, heroes, hoagies, torpedoes, subs and grinders. Turkey, roast beef, Italian, veggie, meatball, chicken parmigiana, roasted pork or fried prosciutto. Sides are potato salad, coleslaw, tortellini salad or potato chips.
New to Uni! Chicken, beef, and salmon teriyaki, chicken katsu, spam and eggs, tofu, kalua pork, edamame, and teriyaki French fries. Menu items change daily based on availability of ingredients and mood of the chef.
Southern specialties and unique burgers and tacos. Daily specials like deep-fried catfish and snapper, brisket, chicken wings and strips, ribs, greens, corn bread, okra, baked beans, yams, potato salad, black eyed peas, French fries and Mac & Cheese.
