New to Uni!  Comfort food with a conscience.  A variety of salads, mac & cheese, baby back ribs, kabobs, wings, burgers made with regular or Kobe beef, chicken, or veggie.  Waffle fries and something called the Wa-cho.




Dogtown Dogs

All-beef or soy dogs available in a variety of styles; with egg, bacon, avocado, onions, salsa, jalapeños, chili, nacho cheese, Fritos, slaw or peppers.  They also have a portabello mushroom "cheese steak" sandwich and tater tots.

Thai street favorites like pad Thai, garlic pepper pork, basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and fried rice.  If you like spicy, go for the basil beef - WOW!





The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Not sure what happened yesterday.  Apparently only Gringos Tacos and Corn Heaven showed up.

Tonight is Tiki Trucks at Tiki No.,  4657 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood.  5:00 - 9:00.  Tiki No is offering Happy Hour from 5:00 - 7:00 and drink specials from all night long.  Grab a bite from the trucks and enjoy it in the bar. Tonight is the Grilled Cheese Truck, Steel City Sandwich, Cool Haus, Trailer Park truck, Asian Cravings and Flatiron.
