Soul food with Cajun influences. Jambalaya, wings, Po Boys and Mac 'n' Cheese. Try the Snoop Dog Cristo - 2 waffles dipped in buttermilk, stuffed with chicken and mac & cheese, then deep fried. Served with powdered sugar and maple syrup. Holy cow!
First time back at Uni in MONTHS! Angus burgers and sliders, popcorn shrimp, Hawaiian sliders, short rib sliders, sweet potato fries, tuna sandwiches and beer-battered onion rings.
Gourmet Mexican favorites. Citrus chicken, Yucatan pork, carne asada, and potato rajas tacos, quesadillas, Peruvian ceviche, green corn tamals, quinoa fritters, cumin fries, churro tots, and daily specials. Created by two winners of Bravo's "Top Chef."
Korean BBQ in tacos, quesadillas, burritos and sliders. The truck that started it all. Beef, chicken or pork.
Let's Roll It 11:00 - 2:00 Menu Asian fusion rolls. Not just fish; Korean BBQ beef, lobster, barbacoa, spam, and vegetarian options. In rolls, tacos or quesadillas.
Custom ice cream sandwiches. You pick the cookie, then pick the ice cream and you've got your own unique creation. You can double, triple, quadruple stack 'em too; as many as you can eat!
