Breakfast specialties; biscuits & gravy, breakfast burritos, egg sandwiches, hash browns with cheddar cheese and gravy.  Now offering lunch items such as BLT with avocado and sriracha mayo, BBQ pulled pork sliders with grilled onions, and an angus cheeseburger with sauteed onions, bacon and a fried egg served on a homemade biscuit.

Gypsy Toast

Breakfast served all day.  French Toast, Gypsy Toast, French Toast sticks, breakfast burritos.  Daily specials like Monte Cristo sandwiches.

Thai street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork, basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and fried rice.  If you like spicy, go for the basil beef - WOW!

Asian fusion rolls.  Not just fish; Korean BBQ beef, lobster, barbacoa, spam, and vegetarian options.  In rolls, tacos or quesadillas.




Just for the Halibut

Halibut, salmon, mahi mahi, tilapia, and shrimp salad served in sandwiches or tacos.  Hand-cut fries and fried pickles too.







The Pokey Truck

Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.


The Bun Truck

Steamed buns and "sammiches."  Beef, pork, chicken or veggie.  French fries and onion rings deep fried in duck fat - SO good!
