Organic, local, sustainable ingredients. Meat and veggie options. Beef or veggie burgers, chick'n sliders and tacos. Veggie wraps. The truck is even powered with vegetable oil!
Sandwiches and salads made fresh daily on the truck. Thai chicken, marinated tri-tip, grilled pork, fried chicken breast, vegan salsa basques on red cabbage salad, crab cake sliders, and Black Angus sliders. Caesar salad and herbed fries. Daily dessert specials.
Let's Roll It 11:00 - 2:00 Menu Asian fusion rolls. Not just fish; Korean BBQ beef, lobster, barbacoa, spam, and vegetarian options. In rolls, tacos or quesadillas.
Chicken & Waffles, chicken cutlet with cream cheese, red pepper crab cakes, green chile cheeseburger, pulled pork with slaw, guava and goat cheese quesadilla, summer salad, and grilled peaches and brie with arugula.
Custom ice cream sandwiches. You pick the cookie, then pick the ice cream and you've got your own unique creation. You can double, triple, quadruple stack 'em too; as many as you can eat! Perfect for a warm day like today.
