Trucks for Tuesday 11/20

Texas Chili Pie Company
11:30 - 2:00
Website with menu
A variety of chili pies made with Fritos, Texas eggrolls, hot dogs and regular or sweet potato tater tots.
Kogi BBQ
11:30 - 2:30
Menu

Korean BBQ in tacos, quesadillas, burritos and sliders. The truck that started it all.  Beef, chicken or pork.

Firehouse Chefs Truck
11:30 - 2:00
Website
Firehouse fusion.  Sandwiches, finger foods, and salads made by firemen, famous for their cooking.

The Pokey Truck
11:30 - 1:30
Menu
Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Mossie Lee's
11:30 - 2:00
Menu
Southern specialties and unique burgers and tacos.  Daily specials like deep-fried catfish, beef brisket, beef and chicken hot links, pork spare ribes, red snapper, chicken strips and wings, corn bread, okra, black eyed peas, baked beans, potato salad, greens, yams and fries.

Flat Iron Truck
12:00 - 2:00
Menu
Farm to table fine dining from a truck.  Flat iron steak, pork or dry-aged beef burgers, bacon mac & cheese, fried cauliflower, farmers market salad and shoestring fries.
