Mexican favorites. Citrus chicken, Yucatan pork, carne
asada, and potato rajas tacos, quesadillas, Peruvian ceviche,
green corn tamals, quinoa fritters, cumin fries, churro tots, and
daily specials. Created by two winners of Bravo's "Top
Chef."

and its signature poke, Choy provides diners their first opportunity
to experience his celebrated food offerings on the Mainland.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of
Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized
pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've
had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab
- YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size
of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper
instead of sea weed.
From the owners of The Green Truck, comes the Souper
Truck! Artisan soups made fresh daily. Perfect for a dreary day like
