Toasted classic gourmet sandwiches infused with Asian and Spanish flavors. Yes, they have a 4-cheese Grilled Cheese sandwich and a TOASTED PB&J. And their french fries are some of the best out there.
Grass-fed mini burgers. Hormone and steroid free. Lower in saturated fats and higher in beta carotene, vitamin E, Omega 3s, calcium, magnesium and potassium than regular corn-fed beef. Better for you AND the planet. Plus, they taste great! Try the rosemary & garlic fries too!
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.
Creole cooking. Red beans and rice, jambalaya, po' boys, etouffee, baked yams, alligator sausage, corn bread, mac 'n cheese, smothered roast, buttered corn, potato salad and beignets.
Custom ice cream sandwiches. You pick the cookie, then pick the ice cream and you've got your own unique creation. You can double, triple, quadruple stack 'em too; as many as you can eat!
New to Uni! Vietnamese cuisine. Wings, meatballs, egg rolls, spring rolls, chicken, filet mignon, pork or egg sandwiches, garlic noodles with shrimp or beef, and Asian desserts.
