Toasted classic gourmet sandwiches infused with Asian and Spanish flavors.  Yes, they have a 4-cheese Grilled Cheese sandwich and a toasted PB&J.  My personal fave is the curry chicken BLT.

Lean protein, slow-digesting carbs and veggies.  Plate lunches with 4, 6 or 8 oz. of meat, 1 scoop of carbs (white or brown rice, or mashed sweet potato and broccoli).  Daily specials as well.
