Trucks for Tuesday 7/23

Kogi BBQ
11:30 - 2:30
Menu
Korean BBQ in tacos, quesadillas, burritos and sliders. The truck that started it all.  Beef, chicken or pork.

Streets of Thailand
12:00 - 2:00
Menu

Thai street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork, basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and fried rice.

The Boba Truck
11:30 - 2:00
Menu
A wide variety of boba teas.  Regular and milk teas, premium and premium milk teas.  Available with boba, lychee jelly, mango jelly, or aloe bits.

The Pokey Truck
11:30 - 1:30
Menu
Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Yalla Truck
12:00 - 2:00

Pita sandwiches made with falafel balls or chicken.  Falafels balls are a wonderful mesh of grounded garbanzo beans, various veggies, and spices. Fried to create a delicious crunchy outer shell, then placed in a made-fresh- daily bread pocket with your combination choice of vegetables, pickled veggies, and dressings.
