Food Trucks at Universal Studios
A silly little blog about the food trucks at South Weddington Park, and sometimes stuff about Pugs.
One of the most popular trucks out there, serving
all kinds of grilled cheese sandwiches. Brie, American, cheddar, goat,
Gruyere, blue, and more! Also available with turkey, pork, onions,
avocado, chicken, mac & cheese, bacon, and a bunch of other
additions.
Not your average sushi truck. Hawaiian version of
Japanese sashimi. Bite-sized
pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings. I've
had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab
- YUM! Basically a sushi roll the size
of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper
instead of sea weed.
Premium ice cream in a variety of flavors. Available in
banana splits, floats, slushees, with pie or cupcakes, French toast
sliders, mochi ice cream, fried tempura ice cream.
