Korean BBQ in tacos, quesadillas, burritos and sliders. The truck that started it all.  Beef, chicken or pork.

American Bistro Cuisine.  Grass fed burgers with apple jicama cole slaw and blue cheese, grass-fed beef sliders, pulled pork sandwich with cilantro cole slaw, sliders same way. Chicken pesto sandwich with tomato and provolone cheese, and grilled cheese on tomato basil bread with harvati cheese, cheddar and blue cheese.  Garlic fries, fried spinach and fries for sides.

A variety of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, sliders, and tortas, made with chicken, shrimp, pork, beef, tilapia, barbacoa, al pastor, meatballs, carne asade, and more!  Menu changes daily.

Authentic Texas BBQ.  Brisket, sausage, pulled pork, quesadillas, chili, Frito pie, chili burritos, and daily specials.

Gourmet Tacos, burritos, and sliders.  Carnitas, shredded beef, chicken, carne asada, fish or shrimp tacos, prime rib, shredded beef, or Kobe beef sliders, seasoned fries, guacamole, and chips and salsa.






The Pokey Truck

Menu
Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.




India Jones Chow Truck

Indian street food.  Frankies (rolled up roti with your choice of lamb, chicken, beef, shrimp, paneer or mushroom and cheese; all with cilantro tamarind chutney and onions), curries served over rice, samosas, masala fries, and naan.
