Trucks for Tuesday 3/11

India Jones Chow Truck
11:30 - 2:30
website with menu
Indian street food.  Frankies (rolled up roti with your choice of lamb, chicken, beef, shrimp, paneer or mushroom and cheese; all with cilantro tamarind chutney and onions), curries served over rice, samosas, masala fries, and naan.

Kogi BBQ
11:30 - 2:30
Menu

Korean BBQ in tacos, quesadillas, burritos and sliders. The truck that started it all.  Beef, chicken or pork.

Streets of Thailand
11:30 - 2:00
Menu

Thai street favorites like Pad Thai, garlic pepper pork, basil beef, egg rolls, crab rangoon, Thai iced tea and fried rice.  If you like spicy, go for the basil beef - WOW!

Prime Time Cuisine on Wheels
12:00 - 2:00
Website under construction

Mexican and American grilled food.  Tacos, burritos, sandwiches, fries, quesadillas, etc.

Mama's Brisket
11:30 - 2:00
Facebook page

Brisket sandwiches and sliders.  5-star rating on Yelp.

The Pokey Truck
11:30 - 1:30
Menu
Not your average sushi truck.  Hawaiian version of Japanese sashimi.  Bite-sized pieces of raw fish doused in seasonings.  I've had the "burrito" with the spicy tuna and crab - YUM!  Basically a sushi roll the size of a burrito, made with soy/rice paper instead of sea weed.

Peruvian Chicken Truck
11:30 - 2:30
We offer only the best and very original Peruvian style cooked food such as Rotisserie Chicken, Lomo Saltado (filet Mignon sautéed with French fries, onions and tomatoes, served over a bed of rice pilaf) - this is to die for...), we also offer Cau Cau (made with cow's stomach, Potatoes and rice). It is very good.  We also have sandwiches, and beverages.
